AKC YOUTH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Schools will be out soon. It's time for kids to enjoy fishing, swimming, and coon hunting! Have we got a great summer trip planned for coon hunting kids and their families in July! CHECK IT OUT!

Steve,
I'd like Ben to hunt in this event, but Sat. night is out of the question for us. Why do you have to hunt both nights to qualify for the high scoring dog?

Tracey,
Since this is a World Championship event we based the format as close to our "senior" World Championship as we could. A dog and handler that are consistent advance in the World Championship. Since we are only doing two nights the dog and handler that wins their cast both nights is the consistent pair and will be more deserving of the title. It may not be perfect but we feel it is the most fair way to crown our Youth World Champion and Reserve Champion.
I'm sorry your son can't hunt Saturday night. We have a lot of nice prizes and he could still get in on some of these so hopefully he will hunt Friday night.
